Understanding Out-of-stock Items
Occasionally, an item may be out of stock before the arrival of our next shipment due to high demand, shipment delays from the factory, or the item being discontinued. In such cases, we do our utmost to update our inventory and notify you promptly.
Billing Procedure for Out-of-Stock Items
If you place an order for an out-of-stock item, rest assured that we won't charge you right away. We will first provide an estimated time of arrival (ETA) for the next shipment. Only after you've agreed to wait for the item will we process the payment. If the item is not in stock and you decide not to wait for the new shipment, no charges will be made and any hold on your card will be released. For more details, please see our Billing Policy.
Discontinued or On-sale Items
Some of our items may have been discontinued by the factory. While we might still have remaining stock of these items, once they're gone, they're gone for good. These products are gradually phased out of our product catalog.
