We strive to keep products readily available across our nationwide warehouse network for fast, reliable delivery. While some items may be temporarily out of stock due to demand, delays, or discontinuation, we update our inventory promptly and ensure you’re always informed—never charged unfairly.
Most of our products are stored in California, we also keep inventory in our Texas, Florida, and New Jersey warehouses, ensuring that your desired products are always ready to ship.
If you order a temporarily out-of-stock item, we won’t charge you right away. We’ll first provide an estimated arrival date. Payment is only processed if you agree to wait. If you choose not to, no charge will be made and any card hold will be released. For more details, see our Billing Policy.
Some of our items may have been discontinued by the factory. While we might still have remaining stock of these items, once they’re gone, they’re gone for good. We update product catalog as quickly as we can.
