Fulfillment Timeline

We diligently prepare your orders for carrier pick-up within 1-2 business days. Our collaboration with top-tier freight carriers facilitates reliable and smooth deliveries nationwide.


Protecting your order is our priority. Hence, we package most orders in crates or pallets, following specific instructions to ensure resilience during transit. For example, large format tiles are set vertically to minimize stress from potential impacts.

Shipment & Tracking

We value transparency. After our trusted carriers pick up your order, we email you a tracking number. It may take 1-2 days post-shipment for the tracking details to become active.

Out of Stock Items

Occasionally, a product may be out of stock before our next shipment arrives. In such cases, we follow a clear billing policy. If you order an out-of-stock item, we will not charge you until we confirm the stock availability or provide an Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) for the next shipment. If you choose not to wait for the new shipment, you will not be charged, and any hold on your card will be promptly released. More details can be found in our Out-of-stock policy.
