Engineered Hardwood

Engineered hardwood is a type of flooring composed of several layers of wood, with a top layer that is natural wood. It is generally thinner than solid hardwood and more resistant to moisture, making it an ideal choice for rooms with high humidity levels. Unlike solid hardwood, engineered hardwood cannot be refinished and can only be replaced when worn out. Laminate and vinyl floors offer an affordable option but lack the natural look of real wood found in solid or engineered hardwood.
