We believe in transparent and fair billing practices. You’re only charged when your ordered item is confirmed in stock and prepared for shipment.

Our Billing Process

When you place an order, your card is authorized—not charged—placing a temporary hold on the funds. If the order is canceled, we release the hold immediately, but it may take 1–2 days for your bank to reflect the release.

Out of Stock

In the rare case that material you ordered is out of stock, you won’t be charged. Any hold on your card will be released, so you’re never billed for something we can’t fulfill. For more details: Out of Stock Policy.
