We believe in transparent and fair billing practices. You're only charged when your ordered item is confirmed in stock and prepared for shipment.

Our Billing Process

When you place an order, your card is authorized, effectively holding the funds but not charging you. In the event that the order must be canceled, we simply release the hold on your card. However, please be aware it may take 1-2 days for your bank to release the hold after we do.

Out of Stock Policy

In the rare case that the material you ordered is out of stock, we won't charge you. The hold on your card would be released, ensuring you're not charged for something you can't receive. For more details on this, please refer to our Out of Stock Policy.
