What Can Be Returned?

We accept returns of original condition items in unopened cartons—except for:

  • Custom-cut or processed items, including samples
  • Sale or discontinued items
  • Products not purchased through Solidshape

Refund Amount

We never charge restocking fees. Outbound shipping and the 3 % payment-processing fee are the only costs that can’t be refunded. Once we receive your return, we refund the rest.

How to Start

    • Subject: “Return – Order #____”
    • Quantity of tile being returned
    • Reason for return
  2. Wait for our written OK, then coordinate the time, date, and return method with us.
  3. Ship or drop off the items. Return shipping is your responsibility—please insure the package, as loss or damage in transit voids eligibility.

Exchanges

To exchange a product, simply return the original item(s) and place a new order for what you want.

Natural Stone

If you’re ordering based on a lot photo, reference the lot number in your order. Natural stone varies in appearance and claims about variations are judged based on industry norms.
